Terms of Service

1. Account Access and Roles

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. PromptHub uses role-based access (standard member and administrator) to protect account data and platform operations. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access, impersonate another user, or interfere with access controls is strictly prohibited.

2. Membership and Premium Content

Premium content access requires an approved membership. Membership requests may be approved, denied, or cancelled according to platform policy and operational review.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not use PromptHub for illegal activity, account abuse, scraping without authorization, content theft, or redistribution of premium prompts without permission.

4. Account and API Sharing Prohibited

Strictly prohibited: sharing account credentials, session access, or API keys with any other person, team, or organization without written permission from sysNinja. Account access is licensed to the registered user only. Sharing or reselling access may result in immediate suspension, key revocation, and permanent account termination without notice.

5. Enforcement

sysNinja may suspend or ban accounts, reject requests, or remove content in response to abuse, fraud, policy violations, or security threats.

6. Payment Methods and Billing

Membership payments are accepted via MFS (Mobile Financial Services), including bKash, Rocket, and Nagad, and via bank transfer to IBBL, UCB, and PBL accounts as instructed by the admin/support team.

Access is granted after payment verification and plan approval, based on platform policy and fraud/safety checks.

7. No Refund Policy

All approved membership purchases are final and non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept that PromptHub does not provide refunds for used, unused, partial, or time-lapsed membership periods.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and pricing may change as the product evolves.

9. Limitation of Liability

PromptHub is provided on an "as available" basis. Users are responsible for validating outputs before production use. sysNinja is not liable for downstream business losses from prompt usage.
